By commissioning me, you certify that you have read and agree with the application of these terms and conditions.
• Each month, between the 2nd and the 4th, I post on my social media a link to a Google Form. To request a Commission, you need to fill that form with every detail required
• Filling that Form doesn't promise you to have a Commission Slot, you'll need to wait for me to contact you via the socials given in the form to know if I give you a slot (I only contact you if your request has been accepted!)
• Once you won a slot, I'll send an invoice to pay for the Commission you have taken. WARNING: I won't start drawing your commission before you PAID the entirety of the invoice!
• Payments plans are available, you can ask for it in the Form or before I send the invoice!
• After taking your slot, you'll be noted in the Trello list. Once the sketch of your commission is done, I will contact you to show it, confirm and/or modify the sketch, then if everything is good, I'll be able to continue.
• Once the sketch is confirmed, I'll continue to work on your commission and recontact you when it's done! Then, I'll send you the high resolution file! (via mail or other way)
• Since commissions open every months, your commission will be probably done in a month or two,of wait maximum. It can take a lil bit longer depending on the size of the commission or if there are any particular problems or events occurring (aka conventions, late on commissions, etc...)Every infos are posted at least on my Telegram, Discord, X or Patreon! So if you want to know when I open, if I am late, or have questions, you can contact me there, I'll try to answer as quick as possible!
If during your commission process you also have questions, doubt, or other, feel free to ask me! Better say everything!
❌ There's no need to ask me for commissions with humans.
❌ I don't draw too gory and violent illustrations (if you have any doubts, ask me if the level of gore is too high).
❌ I don't draw some fetishes (Vore, underage in NSFW content, Baby fur, Feral NSFW or other stuff like that), if you have a doubt if I draw a specific kink, you can ask me!
❌ I can mix gore and NSFW but only with nudity.✔ I draw Furry in SFW or NSFW.
✔ I draw MLP (my little pony) in SFW (NSFW is only with Anthro MLP).
✔ I can draw animals / ferals (only SFW)
✔ I can draw any other type of creature (Monster, Tentacle, etc../)
✔ I can draw gore up to a certain level.💜 I like to draw illustrations with special points of view, and muscles tightened by emphasizing movement
💜 I like to make pin up, or having artistic freedom on the character while knowing the personality traits, their favorite food or drink
💜 I also enjoy drawing my fursonas and OC's, so if you want them to be there, don't hesitate (for more details about all my OC's, ask me).
• I only accept payment via PayPal (may change inthe future)
• For the payment, I'm the one making the invoice, which is why I need your PayPal email in the Google Form (DO NOT PUT YOUR PAYPAL.ME !!)
• Payment plan is available, you can explain in the form how you would like to proceed or while I'm contacting you, I can of course refuse the way the payment plan is made, and you can cancel your commission if it's not possible to pay
• If you can't pay your commission or you are short on budget, please be careful. Refund are possible but only to a certain degree. Once the sketch is made, there is less and less refund that are possible
• The refund percentage will be discussed at the time of application, according to the Commission's steps. If the Commission is done or close to be, I do not offer any refund.
• Refunds may take up to one month, depending on available income
• Please speak simply when you ask me for a commission, English is not my native language (French is!)
• If there are some small errors in the commission once it's done, you can ask me to change them. I will do it according to the time it may take
• I have the right to refuse any Commissions. I'm not forced to take your commission if you fill the Google Form
• You have the right to put my commissions made for you in your galleries, but you will have to tag my name in the title, or in the description.
• You are not allowed to use the image as a product for sale.
• You can't pass my illustration off as your work.
• You are not allowed to reproduce my illustrations.
• You can use my drawings for inspirations or accesories for you or your friends, but you must not use it as a product of sale.
• The copyright of the commission will still be owned by me. I can use your drawing as a commercial for showing an exemple, or making poster presentation.
